1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing begins once payment is verified and inventory is confirmed.

4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates usually begin within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date or expected delivery window.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Returned items must be:

In original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
3. How to Return an Item

4. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns: Free returns with pre-paid shipping label

International Returns: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Indicate your desired exchange during the return request process. We’ll ship your exchange item after the original item is received.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. Include a photo and your order number. We’ll correct the issue at no additional cost.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be noted clearly on the product page.
